What else am I up for financially?Players are required to wear red shorts and red socks. This is not negotiable as these are our club colours. Shorts and Socks plus other Merchandise will be available from our Pop-Up shops

I’m a returning player, what do I get for my fees?As long as you already own Home and Away Shirts, you will receive a discounted rate for the 2025 season. If your shirt is damaged or no longer fits, replacement shirts can be purchased at $30 each. Please advise your coach if you need new shirts. Both Home and Away shirts are required from Under 8s upwards.

What else is included in my fees?Broken down your fees include: Association Fees - Football Australia & Football West Fees Club Fees - which cover City of Canning ground usage costs and Lynwood United Operating Fees. At Lynwood United, our motto is to make football affordable. Please note: as a Community Club, Lynwood United does not have an in-house State League or NPL team. As such all fees (excluding Association Fees and City of Canning Fees) go into the club to improve and expand on the club’s resources and do not subsidise Senior Player’s wages.

I’m a new player, what do I get for my fees?New players Under 8s upwards receive 1 x Home & 1 x Away playing shirt. Players Under 5s to Under 7s receive a Home Shirt Only.

Can I use my Kidsport to pay for the Earlybird Discount Program?Yes! However, you must forward the KidSport voucher code to the Treasurer before the Earlybird discount period closes on 9th February, 2025.

Is there a discount on fees?The club offers an Early Bird Discount for a set period of time. Once it has expired, fees will revert to the 2025 standard fee as listed on the registration page. The Early Bird Discount period for 2025 expired on 9th February, 2025

Can I pay early?Unfortunately, we cannot take payment any earlier than the registration products in PlayFootball are opened. Registrations are usually open mid to late January of each year.

Can I pay in installments?Yes! Please select Scheduled Payment at the registration payment screen and make the initial payment to enable payment by installments.

When should I register?As soon as it opens up! Last year the club increased by 35% and by March we unfortunately had to turn players away due to us being at maximum capacity. As a recommendation, do not leave it until the last minute. Registrations are closing soon!

When can I register?Registration for Seniors, Juniors and Miniroos will open sometime in mid-January. An announcement will be made on our website and social pages.

What days do you train and play on?Training for Miniroos and Juniors is decided closer to the season once we know how many teams and players we have. Training schedules are set by the coaches and their availability. Seniors generally train on a Thursday night but that too may be subject to change. All games are played on a Sunday morning for MiniRoos & Juniors. Seniors play on Sunday afternoons

When are games played?Miniroos and Junior games are played on Sunday mornings. Kick off times are decided by the Home Team. Senior games, traditionally kick off from 11:00am to 3:00pm depending on the team being at home or away. Kick off times are locked in for the betterment of the club and ground availability.

When does the Senior Pre-Season start?Seniors normally start pre-season around late January / early February

Can my son or daughter play in the same team as their school friends?The school year operates on a Financial Year Calendar (July-June). The Football Season operates on a standard Calendar Year (January-December). We cannot guarantee friends will play in the same team as they might be too old or too young for the team, however we will try to accommodate each request as best as possible.

When will the Pop-Up Shops open upWe normally have 2 - 3 Pop Up shops in March and early April. These will be advertised on our Social Media Platforms.
